The fourth edition of the TSUNAGARU Tour was held for the first time in Cebu, Philippines. Participants collaborated with local dancers to create a showcase, and high-energy battles were held throughout the program. In the finals, two Japanese participants faced off, incorporating the strong inspiration they received from the local dancers into their performances, fostering new creativity through cultural exchange.

The tour also included visits to orphanages and disadvantaged communities, allowing participants to experience meaningful connections with children through dance. This provided a valuable opportunity for participants to reflect on their own perspectives. On the final day, participants engaged in local cultural activities such as marine sports, realizing a multifaceted international exchange beyond dance. Overall, the tour offered participants an experience filled with learning and personal growth.
